Nadine West is a clothing and jewelry subscription for women. You receive 4-5 items in each shipment and can choose to receive shipments either every two weeks or every four weeks. Nadine West carries sizes S-3XL
Each shipment has a $9.78 shipping fee, which is applied to anything you choose to keep. You are provided a return label to put over the original shipping label on the package, so returns are easy.
When you sign up for Nadine West, you fill out a style profile. They give you photos of each item of clothing in different styles and you pick which ones you like.
You also choose how often you want to receive each type of item and what colors and patterns you like and don’t like.
You tell them how much you usually spend on clothing and jewelry, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the items you receive will be in that range. Occasionally you will receive an item that is a bit higher priced, but not by much.
Each shipment comes in a pink shipping envelope and contains four to five items, usually two to three clothing items and two pieces of jewelry. Often the jewelry is a matching earring and necklace set. The shipment also contains a shipping slip listing each item and the price as well as the deadline for sending back anything you choose not to keep.
Once you receive your shipment, you have about five days to decide what to keep and what to return. Anything you don’t want to keep, you send back and don’t get charged for. Simply stick the return label to the package the items came in, put the items you’re sending back in the package along with the shipping slip, tape it shut and put it in the mailbox.
The $9.78 shipping fee gets put towards anything you decide to keep. However, you don’t get that money back if you choose not to keep anything.
Once you’ve tried on all the items and decided what to keep and what to send back, you can review the items on your profile. It’s a bit difficult to navigate the Nadine West website. To get to the section where you review your items, first click on “See Shipment History” on the right side of your profile.
On the next page, click the shipment number of the shipment you would like to review.
You can then give each item one to five stars and leave a comment on what you thought of the item.
You can also leave feedback on what you thought of the shipment as a whole.
